The HIRE Vets Medallion Award recognizes Air Liquide’s commitment to recruiting and employing U.S. veterans.

During a virtual award ceremony presented today by the U.S. Department of Labor, Acting U.S. Secretary of Labor Julie A. Su confirmed Air Liquide as a recipient of the 2023 HIRE Vets Medallion Award. Air Liquide earned the platinum award as a large employer, the highest medallion an employer can receive. The Honoring Investments in Recruiting and Employing American Military Veterans Act (HIRE Vets Act) Medallion Program is the only federal award program that recognizes employers who successfully recruit, hire and retain veterans.

Adam Peters, Chief Executive Officer, North America, Air Liquide said:

“I would like to thank all of our Air Liquide veterans for their service to our country. I also would like to thank the U.S. Department of Labor for this recognition. Air  Liquide is committed to recruiting and hiring veterans, and this award is a reflection of our efforts to advance a diverse workplace.”

Air Liquide joins other companies showing a strong commitment to hiring veterans and offering them a long-term career and growth plan that uses the diverse skills they acquired through their military service.
