GMACS Hydrogen Chloride Calibration Standards (Gas Manufacturer’s Alternative Certified Standards): Scott brand GMACS HCl calibration standards were designed to fill the regulatory void caused by the absence of EPA Protocol gases for HCl monitoring. Scott brand GMACS are used for the primary calibration of CEMS HCl monitors at stationary sources. Certified daily calibration standards are used for regular QA and periodic RATA testing of HCl CEMS.
