Air Liquide supplies industrial gases in microbulk and bulk volumes for medium to large producers. Air Liquide manufactures oxygen, nitrogen, hydrogen, argon, carbon dioxide and many other gases in large-scale production facilities throughout the U.S. and delivers them to customers via truck and rail car. Our expertise extends to the installation, maintenance and monitoring of liquefied gas storage systems. We offer safe and reliable bulk and microbulk supply systems in a range of sizes and flow capacities to meet the needs of many industries.
If your operations require a steady flow of industrial grade carbon dioxide, nitrogen, oxygen or hydrogen in volumes exceeding 100,000m³ per month, Air Liquide's bulk distribution and storage solutions will meet your needs. Products will be delivered in bulk and off-loaded into cryogenic storage tanks at your facility. Our service teams will continuously monitor the levels of your storage tanks and schedule deliveries when levels are low.
Air Liquide’s Industrial Gas Services division offers temporary, on-demand bulk nitrogen supply and mobile nitrogen pumping/vaporization units for virtually any industrial application. We provide an array of service options, including variable flow rates up to 600,000 SCF/hour (per unit), variable temperatures from -320° F to 500° F and variable pressures from 0 to 10,000 PSI.
The microbulk supply platform is the right solution if your supply needs range from 500m3 per month to 100,000m3 per month. From gas delivery to on-site storage tanks, Air Liquide's microbulk solution helps to ensure an uninterrupted supply. Microbulk storage system tank capacities range from 450 to 3,000 liters and are able to accommodate pressure requirements of up to 450 psi. Air Liquide supplies storage tanks in a range of sizes and can easily change on-site installations to evolve with your growing volume requirements.
Microbulk solutions are ideal for businesses with growing demands for industrial gases. Conversion from cylinder supply to microbulk supply will simplify your operations as follows:
Reduce gas handling requirements
Eliminate worries about lost or damaged cylinders
Eliminate the need for cylinder change outs
Minimize the risk of gas stock ruptures
Boost financial benefits due to reduced residual loss
